What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you make an order. Your name, home address and e-mail are required to fill in your order. Personal data is removed or anonymized after a month from the completion of your order. After the automatic data removal, no individuals are recognizable.
We also collect data from you when you write a review. Your freely chosen nickname is shown in public with the review. Pseudonymized metadata is also collected for spam preventing.
If you are just visiting our site, no personal information will be collected.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To process and mail orders
- To improve our website
- To prevent and detect spam
- To create anonymous statistics of sales.
Where is the information stored?
Our server are currently located in Germany. We also have a backup server in Finland. Backups are preserved for six months and they may contain personal information.
Do we use cookies?
We use cookies to save your shopping cart. No cookies are used to track you in any way.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We may release your information if there are any legal requirements forcing us to do so.
